3 Things Thursday is back at it again! Trying new things makes life more exciting and interesting; but sometimes making yourself try new things can be exhausting if it’s not something that actually brings you joy. Making slight changes in your everyday routine and adding new things should be fun! Here are 3 new things to definitely keep in mind:
One of my favorite, crazy YouTubers, grav3yardgirl, just teamed up with Tarte to make a FABULOUS eyeshadow palette. The Swamp Queen Eye & Cheek Palette has so many beautiful colors, and even includes a blush, bronzer, and highlighter! This palette is full of personality when it comes to the shade names; Dogman, named after her boyfriend, is a rusty red/brown shade. Sassy Bun, inspired by her adorable top knots she’s always rocking, is a beautiful shimmery peach shade. Sippy Sippy, what she says every time she takes a big sip of her sweet tea (which is another cute shade name), is a beautiful glittery brown shade. Even the background story to have this creation come into play is unique. Her fans kept re-posting about it on Instagram until Tarte finally caught wind of it; very cool. My palette just came in today and I cannot wait to try out some new eye looks!
Nick Jonas’ album, Last Year Was Complicated, was just released on June 10th. This former boyband singer has made a soulful, upbeat album to add to your music rotation this week. Bacon is a silly name for a song that will get you up on your feet, dancing around your living room, while Unhinged slows down the tempo for a relaxing twist on some people’s reality. This is a must listen.
If you’ve never heard of Diamond Candles, this is your third thing you’ve got to check out. These candles not only smell good, but once you melt it down some, there’s a pretty, sparkly ring surprise waiting for you! It’s like you get two presents in one! The Carnival Candy scent will take you back to the good ol’ Texas State Fair. They also have luxe candles that are more stylish and will go with your home décor. The Cashmere Lilium would go great with the grays and blues throughout my house.
What other new things are you hopeful to try in the near future? Let us know so we can try them out, too!
